I remember those days. When I was in the 8th Grade, I still remember the girl who was selected to crown the Blessed Virgin. As I recall, they could not have selected anyone that was more beautiful, pure and virginal. I think she is now the mother of six.
It doesn't seem like 1924 was such a long time ago but it's almost 100 years ago. I just thought of that while looking at your photo. I hope they had a wonderful day. Wish I could see the altar. I like home altars.
These photo bring back a time that is long gone. I wonder what is built up today on that spot they're standing on. I think of the great overlays on her old photos that Jasia did last year. Thanks for dropping by my blog and commenting. Always great to hear from you!
