This is a great photo! I have always loved braids. My daughter wore braids until she was 8 or 9. She could sit on her hair when it was loose and I loved braiding it every day. Hated it when she begged me to cut it!
I love the braids, too. Never thought about Judy Garland, Barb, but probably. She loved to sing and the timing is perfect. As to looking like her, not really. I look much more like my father - and my son. You can see him here (the man not the turkey!).

ReplyDeleteWhat a great photo and a great idea!
ReplyDeleteLove your mom's braids. Maybe she was a Judy Garland fan. Since I've never seen your picture, I'm asking, do you look like her?
ReplyDeleteGreat photo, nice memorial.
ReplyDeletePriceless!!!
